Plus pure yoga class is for all levels focusing on flexibility, strength, and general well being. The purpose of this class is to assist in healing the body through active and passive movements aligning the body to its own unique optimal structure.
This class is great for recovery after a week CrossFit workouts and just in general, calms the mind.

If you bring your children along to this class we ask that you have a quiet activity planned as we would like to keep the noise level to a minimum so attendees can focus their mind on the pose etc.
